  • Who are we?

The Institute of Claims Technicians (ICT) was formed in 2003 by the Australasian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjusters (AICLA) - Australasia’s premier insurance claims institute, to meet the specific needs of claims technicians.

As change continues to sweep through the insurance industry, there is a growing need for individuals to belong to a group that represents their specific professional requirements. More importantly, a group that provides the educational development necessary to be recognised as an industry professional.

  • Who can join?

Those involved in the handling and processing of claims whether for insurance brokers, loss adjusters or contractors are eligible for ICT Membership. These include:

  • Claims Technicians
  • Claims Managers
  • Claims Staff
  • Claims Handlers
  • Claims Processors
  • Claims Preparers
  • Benefits of Membership

ICT provides a tiered membership structure
